EnReading Telegram Auto Publish Module

The EnReading Telegram Auto Publish Module is a module designed for making automatic posts directly from the project; as a prerequisite, installing it requires EnReading Comics & Novels for Scans.

Install ZIP:
1) Go to Admin > Settings > Modules > Install ZIP
2) Upload: telegram-auto-publish-module-v1.zip
3) Activate license key
4) Enable module
5) Configure in Admin > Settings > Modules > Telegram Auto Publish > Settings

Telegram bot setup:
1) Open Telegram and talk to @BotFather
2) Run /newbot and create your bot
3) Copy bot token
4) Add bot as admin to your target channel
5) Set chat_id in module settings:
   - Public channel: @channel_username
   - Private channel: numeric id like -100xxxxxxxxxx
6) Click "Send test message"

Scheduler:
- Keep scheduler running for auto publish:
  php artisan schedule:work
