By accessing or purchasing from XcodeVS, you agree to the following terms:

1. Digital Products

XcodeVS offers downloadable digital products including but not limited to:

• CMS systems
• PHP scripts
• HTML templates
• CSS frameworks
• Plugins
• Source code
• Software tools
• Digital assets

2. License Usage

All products are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a product grants a limited license for use according to the selected license type. Ownership of the source code or product is not transferred to the buyer.

3. Prohibited Activities

Users may NOT:

• Resell products without authorization
• Redistribute downloaded files
• Share license keys
• Upload products to other marketplaces
• Claim products as their own work
• Remove copyright notices where applicable

4. Free Products

Free products are also protected under copyright laws and may include usage limitations.

5. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, piracy, chargebacks, or license violations.

6. Product Updates

Some products may receive updates and improvements at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

XcodeVS and Enwebs Estudios are not responsible for:

• Data loss
• Business interruption
• Compatibility conflicts
• Server failures
• Third-party software conflicts
• Damages resulting from misuse of products

All products are provided “as is” without warranties unless otherwise specified.

8. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
