Due to the nature of digital downloadable products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
No Refunds After Download or Access
Once a product has been:
- Downloaded
- Accessed
- Delivered
- Installed
- Licensed
we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
This policy exists because digital products cannot be physically returned and may continue to be used after purchase.
Please Read Before Purchasing
Customers are responsible for reviewing:
- Product descriptions
- Features
- Requirements
- Compatibility information
- Demo versions (if available)
before completing a purchase.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered if:
- The product was not delivered
- A duplicate payment occurred
- The file is completely corrupted and cannot be replaced
- We are unable to provide the purchased product
Unsupported Refund Reasons
Refunds will NOT be granted for:
- Lack of technical knowledge
- Server incompatibilities not listed by us
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases
- Failure to read the product description
- Customization difficulties
- Conflicts caused by third-party plugins or software
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if abuse, fraud, or suspicious activity is detected.
Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Permanent account suspension
- License termination
- Access revocation
- Legal action when applicable
